UAE authorities have announced on Wednesday morning that they are responding to another wave of missile and drone threats from Iran.
An alert was sent out at 7:10 am, with the public advised to remain indoors. The authorities shared another alert at 7:41 am notifying the community that the situation is safe and operations can be resumed normally.
Previously, authorities had shared an alert at 6:28 am, before clearing the situation with a second notification at 6:59 am.
The defence forces also assured the community that the sounds heard were the result of interceptions by its air systems.
