The UAE has strongly condemned the attack carried out by an armed group in southern Chad that resulted in the deaths and injuries of multiple members of the country's armed forces.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) affirmed the UAE’s permanent rejection of all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism aimed at undermining security and stability
It also expressed its sincere condolences to the victims' families, the government, and the people of Chad, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.

According to africanews, the attack occurred on Tuesday morning in Korbol, in the Moyen-Chari region, with three Chadian soldiers dead and 10 injured, the army said in a statement.
