President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received President Bassirou Diomaye Faye of Senegal, who is on a working visit to the UAE.
The meeting, held at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, focused on enhancing UAE-Senegal relations in key areas such as investment, trade, economy, and development.
During the discussion, both leaders explored ways to strengthen cooperation between the two nations for mutual growth and prosperity.
President Faye congratulated the UAE on its 53rd Eid Al Etihad and praised the UAE's path of development. He also expressed his commitment to boosting ties with the UAE.
Sheikh Mohamed emphasised the UAE’s ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships with African countries, particularly in development, aligning with the UAE's vision for shared global progress.
The meeting was attended by senior UAE officials, including Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, and Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, along with the Senegalese delegation.
