The eighth UAE aid ship has set sail carrying over 7,000 tonnes of urgent relief supplies for the Palestinian people in Gaza — including 4,372 tonnes of food, 1,433 tonnes of shelter materials and 1,361 tonnes of medical aid.
Part of "Operation Chivalrous Knight 3", the vessel departed on Monday from Khalifa Port in Abu Dhabi, heading to El Arish Port in Egypt.
This latest shipment brings the total volume of aid sent by the UAE to the Gaza Strip to 77,266 tonnes.
The effort reflects the UAE’s ongoing commitment to supporting those affected by the crisis.
