Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi,and Qatar's Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani will take part in the World Government Summit in Dubai.
The leaders will be among more than 25 heads of state attending the summit from February 12-14 at Madinat Jumeirah.
Their countries have also been named as guests of honour at the Summit.
The summit will also feature thought leaders and representatives from over 85 organisations and 120 government delegations, totaling 4,000 participants.
It aims to strengthen partnerships in strategic sectors, with over 200 speakers, including global leaders and visionaries, participating in 110 interactive dialogues across six themes and 15 global forums.
