Three members of an Emirati family have died after travelling across a flooded wadi in Oman on Saturday afternoon.
Oman Civil Defence responded to two vehicles carrying seven people that had been swept away in a flood, in the Al Buraimi area which neighbours the UAE.
The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority said four people were rescued but the body of one of the missing was recovered on Saturday.
The authority added that two other bodies were recovered on Sunday.
The UAE citizens were laid to rest in Al Ain on Sunday.
