Social entrepreneurship is set to be pushed to the limits in year two of The Venture competition. Entries have opened and with over 1,000 startups entering last year, more for-profit startups that create both financial value and a positive impact in the lives of others are expected to enter. Over AED 3.5 million in funding and resources will be awarded to the winner. David Freeborn, Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Gulf, is a part of The Venture team and explains what he expects from this year’s competition.
