As many as 390 prisoners have been pardoned in Sharjah ahead of Eid Al Adha.
Their release was ordered by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
The decision to pardon inmates reflects the Sharjah ruler's keenness to bring happiness to their families and give them an opportunity to reintegrate into society.
