His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has inaugurated the AED700 million Khorfakkan Resort that will enhance tourism and investment in the Emirate.
Located on Khorfakkan beach, the resort features 573 residential units, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments, and offers four panoramic fronts combining the sea, beach, city and mountains.
Additionally, it offers 16 retail outlets, and a range of recreational facilities, including a private beach, elevated green spaces covering 100,000 square feet, outdoor swimming pools, a gym, sports area, and integrated hotel services.
Sheikh Dr Sultan also toured the resort, which is developed by Asas Real Estate and extends across 330,000 square feet, with a built-up area reaching 1.4 million square feet.
The property, which is located close to Khorfakkan Amphitheatre and waterfall, offers freehold ownership as well.
