Sharjah Police have urged victims of blackmail and extortion to immediately approach them for help.
The authority took to social media to share instructions on how to deal with such situations, warning residents against following their blackmailer's directions.
They reiterate that such criminal acts are punishable by law and encourage the community to report such cases to their official hotline or email.
