Schools in the UAE will remain closed on Wednesday due to the unstable weather conditions in the region.
That's the word from the Ministry of Education, which said all schools in Dubai and the Northern Emirates will be closed.

The announcement came shortly after Abu Dhabi announced school closures in the capital.

The National Centre of Meteorology has forecast showers of varying intensities, accompanied by thunder and lightning for Wednesday.
Schools are expected to reopen on Thursday.
