Residents will now be able to take their pets with them when they go out for a run or to exercise in public spaces in Dubai.
According to the Dubai Media Office, residents will be allowed to exercise near their residences and should be wearing face masks at all times in public.
This comes after Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management announced that it will be partially easing restrictions on movement in the emirate from today.
Officials have clarified that groups of no more than three people can exercise together and workout equipment should not be shared.
They also explained that children and those who are ill will not be permitted to exercise in public for their own safety and the well-being of others.
