Two stolen vehicles belonging to Premier League footballers have been found in shipping containers heading to the UAE.
The Stolen Vehicle Intelligence Unit (SVIU) of the Essex Police in the UK found a Ferrari and Range Rover Sport in containers that were scheduled to travel to Dubai from London Gateway in Thurrock.

A statement released by Essex Police read: “Our Stolen Vehicle Intelligence Unit have tracked down and returned cars belonging to two Premier League footballers. The Ferrari and Range Rover Sport are among the 517 vehicles or parts of vehicles – with a combined value of more than £16m (74m AED) – that the unit have recovered so far in 2023.”
One of the Premier League players collected his car at the SVIU base where he thanked them for the lengths the unit had gone to and the other vehicle has also been returned to the star.
