His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi's Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces has arrived in Turkey on an official visit.
He was received at the presidential palace in Ankara by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
An official reception ceremony was held in honour of Sheikh Mohamed, which included a guard of honour and the firing of 21 cannon shots.
The visit comes after the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince received an invitation from Erdogan.
It is aimed at consolidating bilateral ties, and will focus on a range of common concerns and the latest regional and international issues.
