Abu Dhabi has updated its entry procedures for drivers of trucks and vehicles transporting goods.
Starting February 1, these drivers will have to show a negative PCR test result received in the last seven days.
Vaccinated drivers will be offered a free PCR test every seven days.
According to the Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee, the new rules are in line with the emirate's precautionary measures to curb the spread of COVID-19.
