Nominations are now being accepted for a new AED 5 million global prize for promoting tolerance.
To be given every two years, the prestigious Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Tolerance Award is open to individuals and institutions around the world.
It’s got five different categories - Human thought, Literary creativity, Arts, Youth projects and New media - with each carrying a AED 1 million cash prize.
The inaugural edition of the award will be handed out in Dubai in February 2020.
Nominations can be submitted online through www.mbrtawards.ae
