Saqer and Shamma may not look like regular recruits, but they sure know how to communicate effectively.
Taking to social media, the Abu Dhabi Police released a video to introduce their latest team members - the two animated characters.
The duo are set to revamp the force's communication channels, to effectively relay information about "key guidance and issues across all nationalities and age groups" in the UAE capital.
They will also help "raise awareness about bullying among children and teens" and "keep pace with rapid advancement in digital media".
