Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre has announced a rent freeze for all residential, commercial and industrial tenants until further notice.
In a post on social media platform X, the authority said any tenants with new contracts for previously rented unit will receive the same fee as the preceding contract.
It said renewals "will be processed at a 0 per cent increase for the duration of the measure".
