The UAE has confirmed 1,704 new cases of COVID-19 from 473,298 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,992 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 786,642.
One patient has died, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,265.
A total of 859,361 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 70,454 are currently active.
