At one point on Tuesday, the storms moving through Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky left nearly 1 million utility customers without power.
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine said on Tuesday that one person had died after flooding prevented first responders from reaching the individual in Roseville.
