Flydubai is expanding its network in Syria with the launch of a new daily non-stop service to Aleppo.
Scheduled to commence on July 20, Aleppo becomes the airline's second destination in Syria alongside Damascus.
The move comes as demand for travel between the UAE and Syria continues to grow, following the resumption of flights to Damascus last year.
Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer at flydubai, says the return to Aleppo after nearly 14 years marks an important step in the airline's expansion plans.
He added that the service will improve connectivity while strengthening business, cultural and family ties between the UAE and Syria.
Flights will operate daily to Aleppo International Airport (ALP) from Terminal 3, Dubai International (DXB).
